Our Process
When we start a project with you, we follow a simple, three step process.
Founded in 2016, Airtabled is a remote-first engineering team that works with clients across North America and Australia, helping to streamline business processes and automate them.
We use a combination of low code tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Integromat and others. We also write code in situations when low code cannot deliver what is needed.
Let's TalkWhen we start a project with you, we follow a simple, three step process.
If you can share some of the requirements by email, Loom or Google doc that's a great way to start. We then schedule a video call to meet face to face (virtually), learn more about your organisation and discuss your requirements in more detail.
Once we have a good understanding of the requirements, we'll put it all together into a proposal and send it over to you for review. Any amendments can be made to further refine or expand the scope of the project. The proposal will contain details of the agreed fee for the scope of work.
Once the proposal is agreed by both parties, we can start your project! While our team is working remotely on your project, we'll provide regular updates on how it is progressing. All work is tested before being handed over to you to review. Once you are happy with the work, we'll send you an invoice.
Here are some of the key services that we offer clients.
We get it. Businesses grow and processes often get more complex as the scope increases. We can take a holistic view of your organisational processes and suggest ways to streamline. In some cases, this may include recommendations to move to different platforms that offer more flexibility and better value for money.
We seek to remove the boring work from your organisation. We look at your existing process and devise ways to automate every-single-part-of-it. And don't worry, we love getting around the hardest challenges.
The pace at which technology is changing, especially SaaS is accelerating. If you've been using the same system for more than 5 years, it's possible there is a faster, more efficient, and let's be real: more enjoyable alternative. We can assist with system migration, data transfer (ETL) and configuration to meet your requirements.
Maybe you don't need to automate anything. Maybe you have technical challenges elsewhere in your organistion. Talk to us about these technical roadblocks, we can often help or at least point you in the right direction.
Schedule a no obligation call with us today to discuss your technical challenge.
We generally like to understand requirements first before quoting for the project. As a guide, here are our standard rates. Please schedule a call to discuss your project in detail so we can provide a competitive quote.
Our most commonly asked questions are below:
If X and Y are a Cloud software service and they have an API, then generally the answer is "Yes". The devil is in the details, so email us or schedule a call and we can talk it through!
We value our clients' privacy - so details are available on request. We aim to provide examples that are relevent to your particular project. We can also provide Linkedin credentials so you can review our team's skills, experience and technical qualifications.
Generally we're working in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). AEST is 10 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
"It works! That’s perfect, thanks." (we get that one a lot) "This all works as expected! We’ll let you know if anything trips up, but all looks great. Thanks so much."
